Are you in postpartum and want someone to talk to about your birth and your experience as you emerge into motherhood?
I am here to listen and witness you as you traverse this sacred, vulnerable and unique time in your life. If you need resources, I am happy to provide you with support and research around attachment parenting, co-sleeping and bed-sharing, breastfeeding support, books, communities and podcast recommendations, tips to find like-minded people in your area.
We can discuss anything from relationship dynamics, career change, birth story de-briefing and nutrition, as well as self-care ideas in postpartum from creative practice, breath work, movement, pilates and yoga recommendations to body work, therapy and somatic release support.
