Due to interstate interest, I am running this program online. Broken over X4 Thursday evenings, 5-630pm, we will deep dive into the fundamental needs of the postpartum mother and baby. With guest speakers including Georgie Wieffering, holistic women's health coach, and Debra Namara, postpartum bodyworker. You will leave this course with a solid understanding of the physiological needs of the postpartum period and how to thrive in this sacred time of your life. Together we will explore what is going on in the body, mind, heart and nervous system of the mother-baby dyad, and how can we best support it. In order to safeguard ourselves from the common occurrences of postpartum mood disorders, education is key to understanding what we need as postpartum mothers - from our social, nutritional, biological and hormonal need to our physical and needs for optimal healing and restoration from childbirth.
